1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms under applicable law. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Marketplace Role

Thakkalies provides technology that helps customers discover and order products from participating vendors and helps vendors manage their marketplace activity. Product availability, descriptions, pricing and fulfilment may be provided by independent vendors. Rinfik Enterprises LLP may facilitate payments, communications, support and delivery coordination but does not become the manufacturer of vendor products unless expressly stated.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Review product, price, vendor, delivery charge and estimated fulfilment information before ordering.
• Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information.
• Use only payment methods you are authorised to use.
• Inspect delivered orders and report missing, damaged or incorrect items through support within the applicable period shown in the App.
• Use the service only for lawful personal or business purposes and do not misuse promotions, reviews, refunds or support channels.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business identity, registration, tax, bank and contact information where required.
• Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, prices, taxes, stock and fulfilment information.
• Offer only lawful, safe and authentic products for which the vendor has all required rights, permissions and licences.
• Process accepted orders promptly, package products appropriately and respond to customer or support issues.
• Comply with applicable Indian consumer, product, tax, advertising, intellectual-property and marketplace laws.

5. Orders, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

An order is subject to availability, vendor acceptance, payment confirmation and delivery coverage. Prices, taxes, platform charges and delivery fees are shown before confirmation where applicable. Cancellations, returns and refunds depend on the product, order status, vendor terms and the policy presented in the App. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or another permitted method and may require processing time by payment providers or banks.

6. Vendor Settlements

Vendor payouts may be adjusted for applicable platform fees, taxes, refunds, cancellations, disputes or other amounts disclosed through the Vendor App or vendor arrangement. Vendors are responsible for supplying correct settlement and tax information.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, unlawful transactions or interference with the platform.
• Misleading, unsafe, counterfeit, prohibited or infringing products and content.
• Attempts to bypass security, access another account, scrape the service or disrupt availability.
• Use of the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

8. Intellectual Property

The Thakkalies name, applications, software, design and platform materials belong to Rinfik Enterprises LLP or its licensors. Vendors retain responsibility for and rights in content they submit, while granting the permissions reasonably needed to display and use that content to operate and promote the marketplace.

9. Availability, Changes & Termination

Features, categories, delivery areas and international availability may change as the marketplace develops. Access may be suspended or ended for security concerns, unlawful conduct, serious policy violations or legal requirements. Users may stop using the service and may request account deletion through the public Account Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly resulting from a proven breach by Rinfik Enterprises LLP. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

11. Governing Law & Contact
